(Fixed Solved) How to stop language downloading waiting for WiFi or network in Android Phone




goto setting

then go to "Additional Setting" or "Language & Input"
then go "Text-to-speech output"
then goto "Google Text-to-speech engine" gear icon
goto "Install Voice Data"

now which file is want to download just select that file and cancel downloading.

All set now you delete cache from download manager from install app
to permanent solution.
